Telephone Enquiries to your GP

During consultations, our doctors cannot be disturbed, but our receptionist will be able to relay a message to them outside of consultation hours and advise you when you’re call will be returned. Emergencies will be acted on Immediately. Emails are monitored regularly by reception and forwarded to the appropriate staff member. We aim to answer all forms of communication as quickly as possible.

We actively encourage you to contact your doctor with any concerns you may have but remind patients that a consultation in an appropriate clinical setting is often the fastest way to address any problems.

Patient Privacy

Your medical record is a confidential document. It is our policy to maintain the safety of all personal health information and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.

Copies of the Centre’s privacy policy will be available from our Reception team.

If you have a problem with our services or would like to sing our praises please feel free to talk with your doctor, a member of our Reception Team, the Practice Manager or you may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box.

If you feel that you need to discuss the matter with someone from outside the clinic you can contact the Health Services Commissioner.
